The Limpopo province of South Africa has a town near the railway line is called Hoedspruit. This town has established in the year 1869.The reason of slow growing economy is eco-tourism, Kruger national park. It has the species of many wild animals including black-footed cat, African wild dog, cheetah and many others. The centre of rehabilitation of wildlife has established in the year 1991. It has involved in breeding and research of the wild animals. Its economy has grown very fast in a very short period of time according to its area. The total area of this town is 24.13 km square. The total population is the town is very less that is 3157 people. With this less population, people from different ethnicities live in this town including white, Indian Asian, colored and black Africans. The tourism in the town is not a great business due to its extreme hot weather and lack of attractive sights. There are no public transports and car hire services etc. All the people prefer to visit any place by using bicycles or by walk.
The town is filled with many farms to control the health of animals. It is because of they use animals to eat and it is necessary to keep them healthy. Most of the places of this town are based on tribal areas. People lives in different tribes but they don’t have any conflicts and always lives together. Animals can relocate the areas where actually they want and remove from all unwanted areas. All the wild animals always removed from the residential area. All of these animals go to the Hoedspruit zoo that is centre of attraction for many people of this smallest town. People travel through walk or bicycles. The town has rare transports including cars, motor bikes and trucks. There are no services for hiring a car for the purpose of travelling. The zoo of the town is a good source of income for many people.
The significant contributor to the local economy is the Air Force base Hoedspruit. An airport has been developed in the year 2012. The name of the airport is civil Eastgate airport. The purpose to develop this airport was to make a proper way for air force officers to visit other countries and for foreign air force officers to come there. This small airport is not for public. Most of the people never heard the name of this town before due to its small area and population.
